龙景轩，位于香港四季酒店的四楼，长年霸占米其林推荐榜单三星的位置，可见功力之深厚。在我买好周慧敏演唱会门票的那刻，好闺蜜也订到了龙景轩午餐的位子，可以说是非常完美了。因为预定给了窗口位，面对维港风景很好。菜单一看，除了点心，基本都是三位数的，然后两位数的招牌点心，也是单件起卖的，价钱辣手也是辣手滴。然而依然食客络绎不绝，不预定你是根本吃不到的～我们点了招牌鲍鱼鸡粒酥，龙梨玉带香、杨枝甘露、烤乳猪、招牌炒饭等等，基本零差评，尤其鲍鱼鸡粒酥好吃极了😋服务也非常好，当然买单的时候随随便便一个四位数的价格也无敌了有时候觉得自己真的幸运，在别人忙死忙活的工作日中午，我坐在高大上的四季酒店吃着米其林三星，眼前是开阔的维多利亚海景，吃饱喝足还不用自己掏钱，真的日子也太好过了吧。感谢闺蜜爱我😍我要好好珍惜^_^

位于酒店四楼，坐拥维多利亚港绝景，是新派高级粤菜典范。是香港唯一荣获《米其林指南》三星评级的食评,行政总厨陈恩德师傅也是首位荣获此殊荣的华裔厨师。网上说最少提前3个月，因我是住店客人，死磨烂缠前台经理，硬是抢到第三天中午一席位，还是唯一的包厢。龙景轩很多菜可以点半份或按人头点，所以来品美食的小伙伴尽量点半份，多点几个菜才是大道理。服务态度超级好，非常尊重客人，值得好好体验，100分。

前年春季的港澳之行打开了我对米其林美食的穷追不舍！第一顿米其林就是澳门三星的粤菜餐厅8，后来也推荐给其他去澳门的朋友了，相对而言好预定一些吧，相比之下HongKong之行美食最后一站的龙景轩就要难订多了！前期大概提前不到两个月就开始预订，都没订上任何日期！后来酒店在邮件回复中出了点差错被我死死抓住，四季酒店出于道歉，于是给我安排了一晚的晚餐，简直可以写成小说了～这样的经历！大名鼎鼎的粤菜餐厅，应该是香港好几家三星里面最具人气的，也是最早的三星粤菜。亚洲最佳餐厅也长居前十实在厉害！位于繁华的港岛中环四季酒店四楼，靠近中环IFC。可以说来香港最期待的就是这顿。米其林三星可不是吹的，餐厅正面维港尖沙咀，日夜景色皆美。典雅中不失高贵的米其林气质！前来用餐的也都是绅士名媛级别。安排座位之前还需再确认以防出现失误。前菜是一道简单素烧鹅，感觉虽不及8餐厅的鲍鱼和牛来得猛烈，但这样其实有助于后面主菜的更好消化享受。比较不开心的是晚市不提供招牌鲍鱼鸡粒酥，好在排名第二的龙梨玉带香还有提供，看似一般，但味道简直太惊艳！梨的清香搭配带子的鲜甜，惟妙惟肖！不得不赞叹一句：龙景轩炒饭太特么好吃了！此生吃过最棒的炒饭！可以点半份，价格比魔都唯一的米其林三星餐厅唐阁贵不少，但味道绝对好了不止一点点！杨枝甘露也很出彩，加上最后送的精美中式点心，桂花水晶拉糕很赞！完全令人愉悦的服务，龙景轩用餐堪称100%完美！吃完再去中环逛逛街，就坐地铁回深圳了～
